Les <strong>hypermarch\u00e9s<\/strong> sont les plus fragilis\u00e9s selon Nielsen. En se concentrant sur le d\u00e9but du confinement (de mardi 17 \u00e0 dimanche 22 mars), le constat est sans appel pour les hypermarch\u00e9s, notamment les plus grands hypermarch\u00e9s (plus de 6500m\u00b2) qui reculent de 24%. Les mesures de confinement, qui recommandent aux Fran\u00e7ais de se rendre dans le point de vente le plus proche de chez eux, favorisent les plus petites surfaces. Seuls 6% des Fran\u00e7ais vivent \u00e0 moins de 5 minutes d&rsquo;un hypermarch\u00e9. De plus, les hypermarch\u00e9s sont vus comme des lieux d&rsquo;affluence et donc de contamination.<\/p><p>Les <strong>enseignes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans le bio<\/strong> profitent \u00e9galement de la tendance du bio et de leur positionnement de proximit\u00e9. Chez Naturalia, la fr\u00e9quentation est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e qu&rsquo;en temps normal et le panier moyen a augment\u00e9 en valeur passant d&rsquo;environ 40 \u00e0 59 euros depuis la mi-mars selon Biotopia, panelists en magasins bio.<\/p><p>Les principales difficult\u00e9s de ces sp\u00e9cialistes sont les \u00e0-coups de la demande, comme par exemple chez Biocoop o\u00f9, dans une m\u00eame semaine, l&rsquo;enseigne a connu une forte volatilit\u00e9 : +6 \u00e0 +69% selon les jours. Les comportements sporadiques des consommateurs entra\u00eenent des r\u00e9ajustements de commandes fr\u00e9quents, perturbant en cascade toute la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement.<\/p><p>Enfin, tous les acteurs de la grande distribution se sont engag\u00e9s pour soutenir les fournisseurs en d\u00e9ployant des offres en magasin pour soutenir des fili\u00e8res \u00e0 risque, comme les asperges ou les fraises.<\/p><p>Les <strong>circuits courts<\/strong> s&rsquo;en sortent \u00e9galement bien. Les AMAP (Association pour le Maintien de l&rsquo;Agriculture Paysanne) s&rsquo;organisent pour venir en aide aux petits producteurs, notamment en recensant les petits paysans qui n&rsquo;ont plus de d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s pour leurs produits \u00e0 cause de l&rsquo;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de COVID-19. En parall\u00e8le, les producteurs habituels des AMAP proposent davantage de livraisons. Les chambres d&rsquo;agriculture d\u00e9veloppent des solutions innovantes pour trouver des produits frais et locaux en cette p\u00e9riode de confinement en Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes. Les producteurs d\u00e9couvrent \u00e9galement les drives fermiers. Aid\u00e9s par les acteurs du num\u00e9rique libre, Cagette.net et Open Food France, et soutenus par les collectivit\u00e9s locales, beaucoup de producteurs s&rsquo;organisent en ligne et depuis chez eux.<\/p><p>Enfin, les <strong>services de livraison \u00e0 domicile<\/strong> et les <strong>drives<\/strong> tirent leur \u00e9pingle du jeu. Selon Nielsen, la croissance de la livraison \u00e0 domicile r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par les distributeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes atteint 45% sur le premier trimestre 2020, contre 24% en 2019. Confront\u00e9s \u00e0 cette forte hausse des commandes e-commerce, certaines GSA, comme Carrefour et Casino, s&rsquo;associent aux chauffeurs Uber Eats afin de muscler leur service de livraison de courses \u00e0 domicile. Quant aux drivers, c&rsquo;est plus de 500 000 nouveaux foyers en un mois qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s, et 30% pensent continuer apr\u00e8s le confinement.<\/p><p>La crise a surtout renforc\u00e9 des tendances de fond d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sentes avant la crise avec :<\/p><ul><li>La <strong>mont\u00e9e en puissance des drives et de la livraison<\/strong>, qui obligent les acteurs de la grande distribution \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer leurs concepts de magasins face \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence des nouveaux acteurs ;<\/li><li>Le <strong>d\u00e9veloppement des circuits courts et du \u00ab\u00a0manger local\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, qui, lui, aura un impact sur l&rsquo;ensemble des fili\u00e8res : de nouveaux d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s pour les agriculteurs, des nouveaux march\u00e9s \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender pour les transformateurs, une nouvelle concurrence pour la GMS.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La crise a aussi rebattu les cartes entre diff\u00e9rentes circuits de distribution.
