Face \u00e0 la concurrence des low cost, les compagnies a\u00e9riennes r\u00e9gul\u00e8rent s&rsquo;allient : la preuve avec les grandes manoeuvres qui se d\u00e9roulent entre l&rsquo;Europe et l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique latine.<\/p>\n<p>En septembre 2019, Latam Airlines a annonc\u00e9 son intention de quitter l&rsquo;alliance Oneworld du groupe IAG et d&rsquo;American Airlines. Delta Air Lines (membre de SkyTeam comme Air France-KLM) venait de racheter 20% du capital de la compagnie chilienne. En novembre, IAG a rachet\u00e9 Air Europa. Et ce alors que la compagne espagnole venait de conclure un accord commercial d&rsquo;envergure avec&#8230; Air France-KML, annul\u00e9 depuis.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le march\u00e9 a\u00e9rien international assiste \u00e0 un chass\u00e9-crois\u00e9 de compagnies sp\u00e9cialistes de l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Sud, Air Europa et Latam Airlines, entre deux des groupes a\u00e9riens les plus puissants du monde : Delta Air Lines en coentreprise avec Air France-KLM et IAG (British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling, Level). Ce mouvement strat\u00e9gique d&rsquo;envergure soul\u00e8ve des questions. Qui d&rsquo;IAG ou de la coentreprise Delta Air Lines\/Air France-KLM sort gagnante de cette op\u00e9ration ? Et surtout, qu&rsquo;implique l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e d&rsquo;Air Europa dans le giron d&rsquo;IAG pour le march\u00e9 espagnol ? Dans le m\u00eame temps, cela positionnera l&rsquo;a\u00e9roport de Madrid comme un v\u00e9ritable hub pour IAG.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9c62fdc elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9c62fdc\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d69678d\" data-id=\"d69678d\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a0502e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9a0502e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Madrid a-t-elle les capacit\u00e9s suffisantes ?<\/h5>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c1654a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8c1654a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00ab\u00a0Madrid-Barajas est le cinqui\u00e8me a\u00e9roport europ\u00e9en alors que le pays est la deuxi\u00e8me destination touristique mondiale\u00a0\u00bb souligne Fabrice Carr\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Mais, si Paris-CDG, Schipol et Heathrow via leurs compagnies bas\u00e9es (ou nationales) sont tr\u00e8s bien connect\u00e9s vers l&rsquo;Asie, march\u00e9 le plus porteur ces prochaines ann\u00e9es, ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas de Madrid. \u00ab\u00a0Iberia comme Air Europa sont pour ainsi dire absentes du continent asiatique, le rapprochement n&rsquo;apportera aucun b\u00e9n\u00e9fice sur cet aspect\u00a0\u00bb question Fabrice Carr\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Cela s&rsquo;explique aussi par l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Air Europa, sp\u00e9cialiste du moyen-courrier europ\u00e9en et des liaisons vers l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique latine. \u00ab\u00a0Historiquement, Air Europa s&rsquo;adresse plus \u00e0 une client\u00e8le touristique, alors que Latam Airlines est plus une compagne Affaires\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9cise Fabrice Carr\u00e8re. Un positionnement conforme \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e en gamme voulue par Ben Smith, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&rsquo;Air France-KLM.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3e413f3 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"3e413f3\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-33bd6b0\" data-id=\"33bd6b0\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-583856d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"583856d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Air France-KLM va devoir \u00eatre r\u00e9actif<\/h5>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f43cfa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4f43cfa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour Fabrice Carr\u00e8re, \u00ab\u00a0il y a deux perdants dans cette double op\u00e9ration : American Airlines (AA) qui a \u00e9chou\u00e9 dans son deal avec Latam Airlines pour gagner des parts de march\u00e9 en Am\u00e9rique du Sud, au d\u00e9triment de Delta Air Lines, mais aussi Air France-KLM qui comptait sur Air Europa pour mieux joindre le continent sud-am\u00e9ricain.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe franco-hollandais va devoir \u00eatre r\u00e9actif, comme l&rsquo;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 IAG avec Air Europa ou AA qui m\u00e8ne des discussions avec GOL au Br\u00e9sil.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Latam Airlines poss\u00e8de une belle flotte de 90 avions long-courriers, contre 23 pour Air Europa. Elle va pouvoir joindre les deux Am\u00e9riques, ainsi que l&rsquo;Europe.
